Staff was really nice but whitening treatment did absolutely nothing. Not even the slightest change.

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Advanced Whitening. I paid $190 for their service, but unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the results. The whitening didn't meet my expectations, and I didn't see much of a difference in the shade of my teeth. I was really hoping for a brighter smile, but it didn't deliver. Overall, I was disappointed with the outcome. 😕👎

Firstly, you paid a total of $179.67 (Sunday Special $159+tax), not $190 as you claim that to be - that is false accusation and we have proof of your transaction with time and date. This review you have left is incredibly unfair. This is incredibly unfair given that you reviewed and signed the teeth-whitening consent form and that the technician confirmed it. Extrinsic and intrinsic stains are the two forms of stains that people can have, as you are aware. Also noting - teeth whitening works on people who have intrinsic stains/surface stains, and the shade range normally after appointment can vary 3-4 shades lighter after first appointment. You are wanting unrealistic results of teeth whitening based on the condition you came with in office, considering this is your first teeth whitening appointment.Additionally, you mentioned that it had been over more than two years since you had a cleaning or saw a dentist, which was last seen back in your country. When you sat in the chair, the technician took a quick note that you had severely discoloured brown blotches that she stated that they most likely may not be able to lighten up and that you were given a choice if you wanted to try it out still. You mentioned to her after she stated that, that it is inherited. Which again, genetic or inherited stains (intrinsic stains) unfortunately do not work for teeth whitening. Although she has discussed it and informed you, You consented to continue treatment even though the technician warned you that it might not work during your initial teeth-whitening appointment. Teeth whitening is influenced by your habits and genetics/heredity. We never force clients to proceed with continuing or starting procedure if they were not comfortable or unsure, as we will only continue knowing that you have understood and are wanting to still give it a try.Since things did not go as planned for you, you would need to undergo a more invasive procedure cosmetically to achieve your desired results, which is removing the deep brown spots especially on the front teeth. The technician also has mentioned that to you after appointment! The technician took the time to go through your mouth and explain to you about your stains and did see some alleviation of stains that were able to be treated. The yellowing around the deep brown areas on your front two teeth did somewhat disappear after your treatment. She took a before picture of your teeth as we have proof, should we have taken an after photo and shown you? Thank you for trying us out and we hope you can understand

I made an appointment for the Sunday Special and they rescheduled it 4 times in one day and then rescheduled it for the following Sunday. Then they rescheduled it 4 more times before cancelling it all together. This place is totally unreliable for weekend appointments. I don't think they want to honor their Sunday Special.

Jodi was great. She spent a lot of time explaining all aspects of the treatment, how to take care of your teeth between treatments and just proper dental care. She was clear on setting realistic expectations. It was painless, my teeth are definitely whiter and wait for it….no heightened sensitivity!!! When I did it myself, my teeth hurt for a year! Great job Jodi!

If I could I would rate this business a ZERO. The business contacted me to book a 9am appointment. I waited until 10:15. They never even opened the business, cancelled the appointment or even answered the phone after numerous attempts. Either the business is fake or horrible customer service.

I waited a while to leave a review as I wanted to give my teeth some time to reap all the benefits from the treatment. Jodi was super honest from the start and I loved that, she set realistic goals of how my teeth were probably gonna look after this first session and she was right, they are def whiter but not porcelain white so they still look quite natural but that’s due to my own enamel and the results will vary per person. She is so so nice, super welcoming, asks you what Netflix show you would like to see while getting your treatment. Overall a 10/10 experience, probably need one more session in the summer to achieve my dream results but I am so happy with them so far! Def will return, thanks for your hospitality Jodi you were amazing❤️ see you in a couple of months again

I moved from Houston, TX where the average person is very personable & customer service is amaizng. In Toronto I have not had the same positive experience. However, Jodi blew me away with her hospitality and professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable, talkative, and creates a great atmosphere while getting your teeth whitened. I had an excellent experience at Advanced White.After booking an appointment online, Advanced White contacted me the day of, as there was a last minute cancellation. Upon my arrival, I received a warm welcome from the technician, Jodi. Jodi was professional yet welcoming and explained every step of the procedure to me, including setting realistic expectations. Furthermore, the office was clean and appropriate COVID procedures were taken.Before, during, and after the procedure, Jodi went through every possible length to ensure my comfort.At the end of my appointment, my surface stains disappeared my teeth were whitened by 10-12 shades. I was extremely satisfied with my results.I will definitely be returning in 6-8 months for a touch up, as the results and the value of the work done at Advanced White is phenomenal.
